8.0Nearby location to town. Big house. Owner has more than 21 rules on check in. Too many donts. Many fans in the house which is a plus point. AC working well.
− No tissues provided in the hall or bathroom. No water heater in any of the bathroom.

− It's not that i don't like the property or the owner. Its just the check in and check out policy is too strict for me (but with this kind of facility I don't actually mind to do it again🤣)
Read carefully the TNC
5.0The facilities provided was enough to feel like ure at ur own home. Theres a space for your children to play outside without interrupting your chill time at the living room.
− The hassle in verifying authentication of the person staying. Need to take selfie with IC.. feels like i have to do three layers of authentications start from booking.com verification until owner's own authentication. The owner TNC requires rm100 deposit in which even a spill of liquid in any mattresses or anywhere in the premises will make ur deposit burned. I am okay with the TNC but the owner should deduct reasonably according to the damage done.
