− STAFF WHILE HELPFUL WERE NOT PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH, GYM EQUIPMENT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
Do not recommend, no hot water facilities
1.0The location
− When we arrived the front desk didn’t know how to check us in as it’s a private booking. After he called the owner he told us the key was in the room and it was unlocked. The room was advertised as a bed and a sofa, the sofa was a mattress on the floor, not a quality mattress and folding mattress. The apartment was dirty and over crowded with furniture however the most disappointing part was arriving to no hot water. After trying to contact the owner via booking.com she eventually called me back, she had engineers attend the room however they advised that this was an ongoing issue that they have told her about repeatedly for long periods of time. The water heater does not work in the room. The engineer got a plumber and tried to clear the lines etc but was unsuccessful. These workers were in the room for many hours after a full day of travel. Yes trying to help but still inconvenient. We asked to be moved to another room and were told nothing was available. The owner said she would have maintenance back in the morning at 8am. We left the room at 9:30am no sign of anybody. Later that day the owner said nobody could fix it because we weren’t in the room.. we packed our belongings and left, owner is still refusing to refund our money.
Great location near lots of restaurants and coffee shops and few hundred meters from the sea . I recommend it .

− Went there to go to the beach walked half a mile and they would not let us on the beach
Property has lots of potential, just need to get rid of all the old carpets and focus on cleanliness
3.0It’s close to the centre
− It smells moldy and there wasn’t 360 ocean view. Toilet seat cover doesn’t match the toilet. The tub mats were moldy.
It is nice except the linens not smell good including not clean
9.0I like the place because it’s accessible to all and safe.
− The bed and linens are not properly washed. There is washing machine but no space to hang in the balcony
