5.0Great location, clear directions to arrive to the property and the room. Bathroom had an overwhelming smell of bleach and upstairs loft is very low (can’t stand up) with very steep stairs. Ok experience overall.

Bad host response to no hot water
1.0− There was no hot water. This was really rough for us, as we made the booking to get a short sleep and a shower prior to a global flight. The host refused our refund request. We were offered a credit for another stay, which is completely useless for us. For a major failure like this, the host should fully refund, instead of using booking.com fees as an excuse to dodge refunding our money.
