Relaxing place to stay amidst small hills with nice natural surroundings
10.0The location was very nice in the slope and we had a great view than expected. Balcony is also nice with enough space and chairs to relax. Free access to both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and Sauna is a huge plus. Hauzenberg town is withing 10 mins drive which has supermarkets, restaurants etc. We also visited charming town of Passau which is about 30 mins drive. The nearby Fraudensee is walkable from the apartment and a good place to relax. Communication with the owner is pretty good.
− The sofa bed which is in the living room could be better as the other room has only a bunker bed.

10.0Die Anlage war super & war gepflegt Der Vermieter war sehr fürsorglich, ist auf Wünsche eingegangen und hat diese umgesetzt. Außerdem war er immer erreichbar und freundlich Die Wohnung war sauber, der Staubsauger war sehr geschickt, die Dusche war luxuriös, Küche war in Ordnung allerdings haben mir persönlich Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, die vorhandenen Lebensmittel (Öl, Essig,...) waren top Die Umgebung ist schön und sehenswert
− Kopfkissen im Bett (zu wenig Füllung) WLAN hat nicht überall in der Wohnung funktioniert, was aber nicht schlimm war

9.0Die Appartement ist geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den Etagenbetten. Der Blick in die Natur ist herrlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier.
Gemütliche Zeit in Hauzenberg!
8.0Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort und fanden es gemütlich warm.
