− الشقة ليست كما في الصور مكتوب ثلاث غرف و7 أسرة والحقيقة 3 أسرة فقط والباقي كنب المجلس غير نظيفة وسيفون الحمامات خربان والفرن و الميكرويف لا يعملان والانترنت ضعيف كذلك من يسكن الشقة لا يتمتع بالخصوصية خاصة العوائل حيث تم وضع كاميرا مراقبة مقابلة للباب وتكشف داخل الشقة ويرجى الانتباه عند طلب تأمين 1000 ريال ف الشقة فيها من العيوب كالخدوش على الجدران والسراميك والطاولات فيها بعض الكسور والخدوش وحروق على الكنب والستائر فيها شقوق والثانية مكسورة وصاحب الشقة طماع انتبهوا لا يحملكم الخرابات في الشقة ويخصمها من التامين عند السكن صور الشقة كاملة بعيوبها وارسلوها له عند استلام الشقة ويدعي المظلومية حسبي الله على من غشنا في التعليقات السابقة عن الشقة
