6.0Location was good. Spa was not clean
− Was not clean found trash all over in room in drawers, pool was super smaller than expected form pictures and other places I stayed at same location. Staff did not respond. Did not provide wash clothes gave hand towels. Game room was nothing very boring for children. Remotes was missing backs glassware/ plastic ware was broke broken. Grass was cut during the stay and was not good for adults and children who have allergies. So prevented them from being outside while doing so

10.0Very comfortable and clean house, fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Perfect for a family stay in a safe and welcoming environment. Highly recommended.
− As a minor downside, there can occasionally be some traffic when entering the residential community. However, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, and restaurants nearby, so you don’t need to travel far to get everything you need.

10.0Great house, very good looking and comfortable. I will definitely return to this location in the future.
− The upstairs tv in the playroom was difficult and confusing to operate. There weren't any extra covers for family members that were cold, just turning the temperature up but then the rest were hot.
