− Mould on walls. Hairs in the bed and dirty pots. The place needed to be clean. Spent a long while cleaning. Photos sent to the owners, and said they will get the cleaning to sort afterwards.
Disappointing
6.0The price was reasonable. There was access to a washer and dryer. There were cooking facilities and good quality pans. The studio was at the back of the main building and was quiet. Access instructions and video were helpful. Wifi worked okay most of the time. We managed to find street parking.
− The mattress was lopsided and not comfortable. The bathroom had mould. The shower temperature was erratic. There were limited utensils to cook with. The fridge did not have a freezer and temperature control was difficult to maintain. It would have been good to have a washer dryer in the studio and a sofa. The table needs attention as legs wonky. On the last day some workers arrived and did something with the water logged turf outside causing a big stink and water to enter the bathroom from the toilet.

1.0− Despite notifying the hosts months in advance that my trip had been cancelled, they refused to refund me claiming their property was strictly "non refundable." Very disappointing as I had booked from South Africa, with the intention to participate in a World championship event in Coventry, which was sadly cancelled by the organizers. There was ample opportunity to have filled my space and still refunded me but unfortunately that was not the case. Would not recommend.

10.0As a regular traveller with a Genius Level 3 status on Booking.com, I can state with authenticity that this property is a real hidden gem. A spacious and entire self-contained apartment to the rear of, and separate to the main building, making it ideal for your private and peaceful stay. With plenty of piping hot water from the power shower, flat screen smart TV, oven, microwave, plentiful crockery and utensils - even a laundry room within the main building for the longer stayer, you will do well to find a better choice for your trip to Coventry. All within easy access to the city centre and brought to you at a very competitive rate by the ever-helpful and attentive host Cyrille and his team. Highly recommend.
