Spacious, quiet family chillout with great public transport in a nice neighborhood

Easy access by metro A and bus 87 (bus stop very close, goes straight to Colosseo), Parco della Cafarella with Roman ruins and Villa Lazzaroni park with kids playground just around the corner. Spacious rooms, good A/C (essential in August heatwave), well-equipped kitchen (incl. large freezer), two bathrooms. Nice balconies on all three sides of the flat, always at least one in shade. House with 2 other tenants, very quiet nice people. Lots of shops and eat-out options nearby. Host communicated frequently to ask about our experience, offered discount when anything not completely right (missing child blanket for the crib). Highly recommended for a family stay. Host provided one set of physical keys and a digital access code for a smartphone app, which is useful if you need to split.

− Only two drawbacks - no elevator (flat is nominally on second floor but it's a lot of stairs with a suitcase when climbing from the entrance), front door very narrow (had to fold the child stroller each time passing through - didn't dare to leave the stroller in the courtyard as we saw some small lizards and insects crawling there). Also the standard check-in time is a bit late at 4 pm.

Asunnossa kolmessa huoneessa jäähdyttävä ilmastointi, joka oli heinäkuun helteillä todella tarpeellinen. Jokaisessa huoneessa oma parveke. Bussipysäkki lähellä ja Metro noin 1 km päässä. Ihana rauhallinen talo ja sijainti. Poreamme oli mukava paikka rentoutua. Pakastimeen ostimme jäätelöä lähikaupasta. Olohuoneessa vuodesohva jossa sai hyvät unet. Makuuhuoneissa oli isot parisängyt. Pyykkikonekin oli toisessa wc:ssa. Suosittelen jos haluat rauhallista aluetta yöpyä.

− Kolmas kerros ja ei hissiä. Ei ollut ongelma meille ollenkaan. Hyvä tietää etukäteen jos on hankalaa liikkua portaissa.

Iso asunto rauhallisella alueella.

Siisti, viihtyisä huoneisto. Jacuzzi oli kiva. Sijainti loistava, helppo kulkea bussilla nähtävyyksille ja muualle Roomaan. Rauhallinen alue paikallisten ihmisten keskellä, ei turistialuetta. Parvekkeilta oli mukava seurata naapuruston elämää. Majoittajaa emme tavanneet, hän oli kuitenkin yhteydessä viesteillä. Kiitos!

− Sisäänkirjautuminen koettiin hankalaksi netin kautta (edellisessä majoituspaikassa maaseudulla erittäin huono nettiyhteys), muutoin kulkeminen sähköisen ovenavauksen avulla oli helppoa. Aterimia olisi voinut olla enemmän, oli tiskattava jokaisen ruokailun jälkeen.
