I stayed there for 2 nights last year, so no surprises. I pretty well knew what to expect.
8.0Close to ferry to NS. Kitchen. Quiet. Close to Irving Nature Park and commercial strip in West Saint John. The entrance procedure has been improved a but since last time I stayed there. Lock boxes for room keys have been moved inside.
− Like many listings on Booking.com , the owner low-balls the base price to make it look attractive when properties are ranked by price, then add another 80% in 'cleaning fees'. With that factored in, the price difference between this place and a cheap motel on nearby Maniwagomish Rd. is only about $25. May as well pay the extra for your own private bathroom and parking right outside your door; easier to move your luggage in and out. Booking.com needs to list their prices all-in (exclusive of provincial sales taxes which they likely wouldn't know the rates of where their head office is located in the Netherlands.

4.0Der Check-In bzw. Check-Out Vorgang wurde gut beschrieben und lief reibungslos.
− Die Zimmer waren an sich sauber, jedoch war das Bett nicht gemacht und wirkte daher nicht frisch bezogen. Des weiteren war das Geschirr nicht gründlich abgewaschen. Der Boden der Küche klebte unangenehm und die Mülleimer enthielten keine Müllbeutel. Das Bad schimmelte, die Klobrille saß locker und der Wasserhahn tropfte. Abgesehen von Mängeln an Sauberkeit, waren in der gesamten Unterkunft Zettel angebracht, die den Besucher an Sauberkeit und Regeln erinnerten. Die Formulierung und die beinahe penetrante Anzahl der Zettel machten einen unangenehmen Eindruck auf uns. Es wirkte als, wolle der Besitzer an Reinigungsarbeit sparen.

8.0Grande cuisine, grande chambre et lit très confortable. Parking devant. Facilité pour entrer et sortir.
− Quelques rangements dans la salle de bain ou au moins un espace pour poser une trousse de toilette. Des voisins de chambre bruyants mais ça ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôte.

7.0Surprise par l endroit. Mais super bien situé pour le traversier . Sécuritaire l équipement était bien . Un peu moins aimé partager une salle de bain ,mais je n avais pas vérifier.
