7.0− We understood there was 'No parking' onsite, however picking up and dropping off my elderly Mum each time was 'an ordeal' - nowhere to stop safely..

− The automatic light in the foyer was disturbing at night, with the door open or closed. If you get up in the middle of the night everyone is disturbed. Need a PowerPoint near a mirror. A clothes dryer would be a great addition.
