Очень удобное расположение,магазин с продуктами буквально за углом.До станции поездов/электричек/автобуса из/в аэропорт и саму Венецию 10 минут.

− Небыло горячей воды первых два дня!

Close to the bus and train stations (about a 10-minute walk). Close to a supermarket (around 10 minutes away). Quiet area, with no traffic or street noise. Located on the ground floor, so no need to carry luggage upstairs.

− Strong musty, old smell that persisted no matter how much we aired out the place. We were four people but didn’t have enough pillows; after mentioning it, we were given one extra pillow. The bed sheets hadn’t been changed — they were wrinkled and full of small debris, clearly not even shaken out. We had to replace them ourselves with clean ones we luckily found folded in the wardrobe. The blankets on both the bed and the sofa were dusty, old, and unwashed. Cleaning was done only superficially; the electric kettle was extremely dirty with a thick layer of grime. All pots and pans were dirty, greasy, and smelled rancid — we couldn’t cook anything. The shower was very small, with barely any space to move, and the water flooded the entire bathroom. The toilet had no seat, which made it quite uncomfortable to use. The mop bucket had no wringer, so we couldn’t clean up the water in the bathroom.

The location was great – buses to Venice are very close, and it takes only about 20 minutes to get there. There’s also a supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you might need for cooking.

− The bathroom walls were covered in black mold, there was a musty smell throughout the apartment, and the windows couldn’t be opened. The shower leaked badly, and water would run all over the floor. • The floors were cold and made of stone, and there were no slippers provided. • The listing showed a washing machine and an iron, but the room where these were located was locked, and the owner did not respond to our messages. • There were no proper blankets – the ones provided were dirty and unusable. • We also noticed ants crawling around the apartment, which was unpleasant.
