10.0The location of the house is exceptional walk down the alley and 4 mins on the beach. Can walk to East Wittering in Minutes. The house is very clean and all the beds are comfortable and there is a utility room and outside shower which is great for coming back from the beach. The lounge kitchen dining area is fantastic for family entertaining with the lovely garden with south facing sun. We were sitting in the garden in November 😎 Thank you for a great stay I would definitely recommend
