− There was a roach in the bathroom tub and gnats in the half bath, the back gate was broken, outside was dated and could use some cleaning up. Did not realize from rental photos the unit was attached to a second unit below.

− One of the bed’s had a broken frame. I am sure the owners were probably not aware, but we were unable to use the larger bedroom/bed. Thankfully we did only need two beds total. The deck furniture had very dirty; weathered cushions, so even though weather was warm, it wasn’t comfortable sitting out there nor did we use the hot tub.
