The apartment was very nice, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a full kitchen. We were happy they left coffee and creamer. The Lofts is right across the street from an amazing French Bakery, Paneterie.

− We were given the wrong room number and a code. We went to the room number we were given and someone was already in the room. There is no one on site and no one to talk live with when we called, only via email. Called Booking.com and spoke to a person who tried to help us. By that time we received an email from the property saying they'd made a typing error and gave us the wrong room number. Our last night there, after putting in the code to open the outside door, we turned the handle and the handle fell off. Completely came off. We were able to fit it on enough so it could grab and pull open the door. The apartment had two windows, both facing an empty space between buildings, so no view and little natural light could come in.

We loved The Lofts on Clematis and will definitely be booking with them again. Everything about the property was perfect

The location was perfect. It’s within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and everything looked new. There are many security cameras which made us feel safe.
