10.0We liked the overall facilities of the condo unit that we’ve booked. It’s so relaxing to stay there. We can rest after our long motor ride to process some important matters from the north of negros to south. Complete facilities are there, from bathroom, to kitchen, until the bed area. We’ve enjoyed the free Netflix. Hot shower is also available to refresh ourselves from our tiring travel. It’s all worth it.
− Only the parking lot to park our motorcycle. We need to pay from other condo unit owners but it’s still ok for us.

9.0ang linis, may mga equipments din na kasama. Naka luto pa kami nang food. it was indeed a comfortable place to stay
Was not impressed the first time I came in. Pictures on the website was deceiving.
5.0It is close to the airport, spas, restaurant, and shopping centers.
− The bathroom was not properly clean. There were molds and scums on the side of the sink and shower door. The beddings are overly used. Waited for me to complain then clean the bathroom thoroughly and changed the beddings with new bedsheets and towel.

7.0I liked the property because it was close both to Talisay and to Bacolod.
− I didnt expect the property to be dirty when we came, the bathroom was not clean at all. There were stains on the showerhead. That we had to clean the unit when we came late from our flight. At last we needed to change the shower head cause the old one was already disposable. The small kitchen was somewhat greasy, and the place smelled hamburger. I would suggest that the representative should be considerate about more of the facility and the guest also. I didn’t appreciate the ‘cleaning’ that they did as we checked out, they were at the unit. I would greatly sugguest that they wait an hour before going in to clean as the guest checks out. I experienced this as inconvenient. But otherwise, our stay was fine.
