− The cleanliness was a disgrace, I reported this as soon as we arrived and took pics. They sent cleaners in the morning after but they literally cleaned the bits id sent pics off and nothing else. I would have expected fresh bedding/towels because let’s be honest if the flat hasn’t been cleaned, have the beds?!
