1.0Awful. Needed two codes could only find one. Returning the keys was worse, the shop wasn’t open when it should have been
− Dawn house was cancelled last minute by Wyndale living (management team). Offered us an alternative which was sold as luxury. Unclean, very poor accommodation. No working lift. Had to walk up 7 flights of stairs with luggage and everytime we went out. Wyndale living are shocking - appalling customer service. Refused any form of compensation except discount off our next booking. Wouldn’t put a dog in there never mind consider returning

10.0The house was very spacious, clean, bright, airy and lovely and warm. Facilities were very good having one full bathroom suite, one en-suite and one separate downstairs toilet. Loved the location and the way the property was tucked away from the main thoroughfare, also it was a fairly straightforward walk into the city centre.
− The only downside was the current building works which were taking place opposite. However, I”m sure that once these are completed the area will be enhanced even further.
