Good property. Clean and well decorated. Hygiene up to date. Good wifi connection. Good connection for TV as well. Extra pillow, blanket and bed stuff was provided.

The place was situated in a quiet and calm neighbourhood. There were a few vessels for cooking and warming meals. Water has been 24/7, there's a washing machine thus if you stay longer this could be very essential and will save you from carrying a heavy bag. Carrying a lighted bag is recommended as places in Goa don't have lifts. Those interested in taking a swim, there's a swimming pool, so you can spend some leisure time by the pool side. There are vehicles on hire that you can rent to go site seeing. This place is ideal for a peaceful getaway and work from home, however there can be unstable internet at times.

− The room was not very clean, to have it cleaned you have to pay an additional 400 bucks per day. The amenities shared online and that available tend to differ, such as there's a wardrobe badly arranged and the linens and pillows stored didn't look clean. There's no hot water kettle however, you'll find an induction stove. You have to carry your own toiletries, although in the amenities it is mentioned that these are provided. We were provided with towels and handwash. In terms of cleanliness, the rooms had cobwebs, broken refrigerator that still works but tends to leak if it's moved. The corridor, it would be of help if the caretaker would clean and swob regularly. The shops for basic amenities are not very close by, there's a small general store for snacks and munchies available. Ordering food from zomato might not be a good idea, if you can rent the bikes for until you stay then I'd suggest you head out and grab something to eat or just eat outside.
