The location was very convenient. The room was very well appointed, clean, and well organized.

− We were in an apartment that was facing Clematis Street. We could hear the local bands playing loudly until 4 o’clock in the morning. We had earplugs and sound machines, but this did not block out the noise from the music. If I came back there, I would ask for a room away from the street.

Great location but they charge you for the 4th guest and don't disclose that until after booking.

The location and room were very nice

− I didn't like the fact that although the listing says up to 4 guests, there is a charge for the 4th guest of $35 per night. That information was not disclosed until after the booking and the booking was non-refundable.

Good location for West Palm, gets the job done. Prep for inconvenient parking. Overall fine.

Location perfect.

− The host did a good job minimizing the noise outside, provided mask and ear plugs and black out curtains with noise buffering. Aside from that, the noise wasn't that bad anyhow on the 5th floor. Unless you are traveling solo, the queen bed is fine, but personally I prefer a king bed in any situation, and the room is def big enough to accommodate the king. Overall good stay for the night and would come back.

è stato tutto molto sopra le aspettative!!

− forse la cosa un po' negativa è stata nel comunicare con l'host, e credo perchè sono tutte risposte automatiche!! Ho chiesto il check out un po' piu' tardi, ma la risposta è stata praticamente automatica, quindi la comunicazione con l'host non è il massimo!

− Was never able to stay there,even with confirmed reservation. No one on site and no phone support available. Horrible customer service. Waited in the street for an hour with luggage and never got access to unit.
