9.0The size of the property. The facilities. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, crockery etc. which catered easily for the size of our group. The property was very comfortable with plenty of room to relax and socialise in different areas.
− The 10am checkout is too early for a large group. It was very difficult to get 20 people organised and leave the house in a tidy condition by 10am.

9.0Beautiful house in wonderful location. The house was perfect for adults and children with many activities and plenty of space.
− We asked about accessible room for my mother, who is 90 and disabled and the reason for booking the property was for her 90th birthday. We were advised there was a room (which there was) but not advised to get to/from the accessible room you had to go outside (only a short ramp but nonetheless outside). Mum was uncomfortable with this so we had to use a different room which had steps to get to the room - not ideal. That said still a great birthday weekend.
