10.0The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and the owners responded to messages promptly and handled any requests very quickly. As other reviews mentioned, since the apartment is in the city center, the nights are noisier, but we expected this, so it didn't ruin our experience at all. The main thing for us was staying in the center and having everything within walking distance.

9.0Super beliggenhed, lige midt i der hvor det hele foregår. I gå afstand til det meste. Dog var der larm fra nærliggende barer og natklubber.

5.0La ubicación está muy bien. Como pro, está bien. Pero no sé si me compensaría con los contra… 🙄
− El ruido por las noches es INSOPORTABLE. Es imposible descansar, las ventanas no están nada insonorizadas y con el ruido de los pubs hasta las 3am, la gente que se queda por la calle gritando después y más tarde los que van recogiendo la basura no te dejan margen para descansar. Por otro lado,solicitamos una cuna para nuestro bebé, pero la cuna no tenía colchón y la base del parque que nos pusieron como cuna no era ni plana. Por supuesto no pudimos utilizar la cuna.

10.0Es war sauber, wir durften so ein bisschen früher einchecken! Unkomplizierte Kommunikation und alles sehr schick.
− Es war bis 3 Uhr am Wochenende wirklich laut trotz geschlossener Fenster. Aber das war uns bei der Lage bewusst.

We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by.
