Bien situé et propre

− La cuisinière ne fonctionnait pas, nous n’avons pas ou nous faire à manger le premier soir et les responsables ont mis beaucoup de temps à nous répondre.

Agréable pour une courte vacance. Nous n’avons pas utilisé ni la cuisine ni la machine à laver

− Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. There were several issues with the apartment that made us uncomfortable, particularly as we were travelling with children. On arrival, we found a pill outside the apartment door, and there was also used, dirty underwear left in the front room from previous guests, which was particularly unpleasant and raised concerns about the standard of cleaning. There was also a man repeatedly coming and going at all hours and accessing a cupboard immediately outside our window, which was intrusive and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. The apartment itself was in poor condition. The toilet door handle was broken and the door could not be properly closed, the decorating was tired and poorly finished, and there were exposed screws on the sofa bed where our children were sleeping, which is a safety concern. We appreciate that the owner may say that we should have contacted him and given him the opportunity to resolve these issues. However, we were only in London for a short time and did not want to spend a significant part of our trip waiting around for someone to attend the property to deal with problems that should have been identified and resolved before guests arrived. Overall, we expected a much better standard of cleanliness, maintenance and safety. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this apartment.

The location is good because it’s very close to establishments and a tube station.

− It’s very dirty and musty. The floor was not mopped as parts of the floor felt gritty then our soles and socks went absolutely black. There was also rubbish storage just outside the entrance door and it stinks and left open. The wifi did not work for 2 days and response times for queries take sooo long. I cant even start with the state of the kettle, absolutely disgusting. The cooker also did not work, just take a hotel instead of this guys, it’s not worth it. It needs a lot of work to improve this property.
