10.0This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location.
Modernes Apartment mit Schönheitsfehlern
7.0Ruhig gelegene Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe. Modern eingerichtet. Tolle Küche mit allem was man braucht. Schnelle Antworten bei Fragen, Check-in über den Code unkompliziert.
− Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes Besuch von Flugameisen in der Wohnung. Nach Benachrichtigung an den Vermieter wurde uns lediglich ein späterer Check-out angeboten. Im Bad waren leider noch einige Haare vom Vorgänger, vor allem in der Dusche - dies ist für mich ein no go. Ein Bettlaken hatte gleich mehrere Löcher und der Tisch in der Küche hat bereits deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Der Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten ist eigentlich ganz schön, könnte jedoch mal einen Gärtner zur Pflege gebrauchen.

8.0Das Zimmer liegt direkt am Eselsbrunnen in einer Hinterhof-Wohnanlage. Alles ist ansprechend gestaltet und es fehlt an Nichts. Sehr sauber und sehr ruhig, ein großes Bad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Geschmackvolle, junge, moderne Einrichtung. "Vergleichsweise" große Räume. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist problemlos, schnell und zuvorkommend.
