10.0The AC was a plus given wildfire smoke and temps. Loved the beds and kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have the washer / dryer and we made use of the bikes and hot tub. Back deck was isolated and quiet.
− The location near the Sunriver waste water treatment plant. It was fine most of the time but every once in a while, the smell would be really bad for a few minutes and then dissipate again.
Great house in a scenic area.

− The difficulty of finding the house, even with GPS. We tried to figure out the LR thermostat but we were unable to; directions would have helped. The drain of one sink in the primary bath was so slow it couldn’t be used.
