9.0The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, only about 15 minutes from Niagara Falls, making it a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

4.0− Its a basement apartment under people who walks above your head. The room was freezing cold and there were no way of changing it.
If you are going to see Niagra falls and all other places, this place is best for stay, everything is really nearby and

8.0It wasn't mentioned that they have a pet in the house. The host had two pet Cats roaming everywhere. I am not a fan of Cat. At least, it should have been mentioned. Knowing that I would have been prepared to deal with Cat around me. However, they are nice host.
− The fact I wasn't informed that there is Cat in the premises really got me worried.
Great Space for family but need to be more Safe
7.0The space was clean and open.Stacked with all you needed except for paper towels
− There was no smoke detector in the place for for basement apartment. It was very cold as the AC was controlled from the main level. It was also called out to be Allergy free but there was a cat upstairs which traveled through the ducts downstairs. Some ducts had no covers.My son's and Spouse are all Allergic which made the stay a bit un comfortable
