Wonderful property.. excellent Host

− Absolutely loved everything!!! If I were to make one recommendation - put some soft lighting in living room - floor lap in corner etc. and also in bedrooms some table reading lamps - otherwise 100%

Absolutely loved our stay at this villa. It exceeded our expectations and the host, Tasos, was very helpful with recommendations of what to do in the local area. He even booked a lovely restaurant for my father's 60th birthday and organised a cake, he really went above and beyond. The villa was extremely clean when we arrived, and there is so much space so it is amazing for groups. The basement was a great space to play games or sit and watch netflix without disturbing anyone else in the house, and even had a bathroom down there to avoid having to keep going up and down the stairs. The ground floor and first floor are identical - 2 big bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen on each floor. Everything was extremely modern and Tasos really has thought of all the little details. There is also a lovely terrace area on the roof which is perfect for dinner or just chilling up there in the evening. One detail I really appreciated was that the stairway was closed off to each floor by a door, which meant I didn't need to spend the whole holiday making sure my 1 year old didn't climb up the stairs. Overall, cannot recommend this villa enough. 12/10!!!

We were two families (four adults & three kids) and stayed at the villa for nine nights. We loved the villa and enjoyed our stay! New high standard villa, comfortable, well furnished with nice decoration, very clean, well-equipped kitchen with all necessary items (pots & pans, utensils, coffee machine, press, kettle, etc.), excellent pool with fountain and jets and clean water (with effective water filtration system), very nice game room (table tennis, billiard, dart, gym equipment, large smart TV, etc.), charcoal barbecue with all equipment as well as charcoal, excellent outdoor dining area and sitting area, excellent roof terrace with view of the sea. The villa had all cleaning material and tools, extra towels, paper towels, shampoo, tissues, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. In the kitchen, basic items were provided (water, coffee, tea, beer, wine, etc.) The host (Mr. Tasos) was very helpful and kind. Upon arrival, he drove us and showed us the area. In the middle of our stay Mr. Tasos sent us fresh local deserts. The location is very good: walking distance (10 minutes) to a nice beach, walking distance to a grocery store, short drive to Protaras city centre. We give Geo Panoramic Villa a perfect score of 10. We thank Mr. Tasos for being an excellent host!

Very clean and very comfortable villa located in quiet area. Suitable also for separate families due to 2 full equppied kitchens and well arranged rooms. Nice, very clean bedrooms and terraces / balconies . Two very clean bathrooms. A lot of space with very clean swimming pool. Very warm welcome including full equipped fridge ( water, drinks, great wines, icecreams , great coffe and all things you need in the kitchen. Extremely nice and helpful contact with host, thank you Tasos for your great hospitality and all tips. Cyprus is the place that deligted us and we definitely want to come back.
