Ottima posizione per raggiungere Numana e Sirolo. Comodità della casa al piano terra con doppio ingresso. Presenza e disponibilità dello staff in particolar modo Di Davide.

− Assenza di zanzariere e condizionatore. Pulizia non proprio accurata della casa e del posteggio auto. Casualmente una mattina mentre eravamo fuori abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di un topo che si dirigeva nell'orto.
