1.0Be aware! You won’t be able to locate this accommodation. There is no number of the apartment mentioned in the address. I arrived by car to the site but I could not access the accommodation because it’s bunch of buildings that looks alike with no clear instructions how to exactly find the apartment
− I consider this a theft of service, because I was charged 75 euro but I never receive any service. I had to purchased another night through some locals. When I reached out to the landlord via text, emails, or call; there was no answer up until now. Booking customer service is unreachable too.

1.0Dat snel reageerde op dat we een boeking hadden gemaakt. Maar daarna hoorde we niks meer van haar
− Wat een ontzettend slechte en onprofessionele ervaring. In de ochtend kregen we nog netjes een bericht dat onze boeking in goede handen was en dat we snel zouden horen hoe laat we het appartement in konden. Vanaf dat moment liet de verhuurder niks meer horen. We hebben gewacht tot 15:00 uur... niets. Gewacht tot 18:00 uur... nog steeds helemaal geen reactie. Daar sta je dan te wachten met drie kinderen. Toen we contact zochten via haar Franse nummer en via WhatsApp om te vragen hoe het zat, koos ze er simpelweg voor om ons te blokkeren op WhatsApp. Eerst een gezin met kinderen urenlang aan het lijntje houden en vervolgens gewoon blokkeren als er om opheldering wordt gevraagd... Totaal onacceptabel, respectloos en onbeschoft. Boek hier absoluut niet.
