6.0− Three small cockroaches appeared - two in the living room and one in the toilet. This could indicate there's cockroach infestation happening.

6.0− Das ganze Gebäude ist alt, der Fahrstuhl funktioniert teilweise nicht. Die "frischen" Handtücher haben nach Rauch gestunken. Bei dem Bett hat man jede Feder gespürt

10.0All facilities as advertised and functioning well. The view is totally exceptional
− The ac and the fan works well but not powerful enough to a full potential. i have to open both to be able to feel the full effect of the ac. also the fan with max speed feels like speed 3 on a normal fan. i think the owner have to service both the fan and ac. otherwise everything is amazing
