− The accommodations are quite antiquated, dreadful, and unclean. The air conditioning unit is inoperative. The refrigerator is soiled. The bed, oh my. The furnishings are aged and damaged. What I found most objectionable was that despite my discussions with the personnel regarding the air conditioning and the refrigerator, they merely dispatched the cleaner to address the refrigerator, and no action was taken concerning the air conditioning. To top it all off, when I requested a room change, they were unable to facilitate it, and when I indicated my decision to depart because the rooms were unsuitable for occupancy and sought a reimbursement, they denied it. I remained relatively composed, but when I inquired about the deposit, they declined to return it, citing the need for room cleaning! This is utterly unacceptable. It was an abysmal experience. I was present for less than two hours. I shall never reserve this establishment again.
