Terrific; great location, lovely staff.

− It was good, just a tiny bit more rundown than the photos would suggest.
Well located and equipped, some further thought to making bedrooms quiet and dark is required.

− The bedroom overlooked the outdoor passage leading to 3 other rooms - a VERY bright light was just outside the bedroom window and was on all night - with an odd pattern of clicking off for a few seconds and then turning back on around every 5-10 minutes. The people staying in the apartments down the hallway were very close and loud when walking by the window, and some did this at very odd hours over the night. Getting a good night's sleep, therefore, was impossible.

SACO - The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.
Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.
Group Policy: We consider a group to be 3 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Guests can request car parking but it is subject to availability and property will contact them and let them know prior to taking payment for the accommodations whether or not a parking space is available.
We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
