Room 4006 is not up to Suncadia standards.
3.0Suncadia is a beautiful location, we love going there. Great amenities and friendly staff.
− The room we stayed in 4006, was in disrepair. Stained carpet, only one chair at the table, arm chair had stains and threadbare arms. One mattress so broke down our backs hurt. Shower curtain dirty and with big paint stains. The shower still had hair in it and on the side. There wasn’t any silverware or dishes. The microwave was on a bedside table, very wobbly. This room is not up to the standards we have enjoyed at Suncadia at all!! When we tried to reach the owner there was no response, Suncadia staff reached out for him to contact us and still no contact. We will never stay in this room again!
We enjoyed the stay, despite the rough start.
7.0− The first morning, there was no hot water. When I went to the front desk, they first told me they couldn't assist because I hadn't booked via Hyatt. I had no idea we'd be "second class guests"; there should have been some disclosure up front. When I noted the wasn't acceptable, they sent an engineer, and told me to "let the water run for 10 minutes"... We ran out of shower gel, and again, they said they couldn't assist, but a housekeeper was willing to give us soap. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom wasn't working, and the vacuum sitting in the corner of the room added nothing to the ambiance.

10.0The lodge facility is beautiful! Kids loved the outdoor pool. Room is nice and quiet worth the long walk to the end, also if you don’t mind stairs there is a side entry close by.

Ok stay. Not worth the price with the pool and hot tub closed.
3.0Beautiful property, great bar and food onsite. Lots of walking trails.
− Pool and hot tub were closed. Room is a long walk away from lobby. Comforter on bed wasn’t in duvet cover questioning if it’s ever been clean. Trash in entry dresser. Room dresser drawers were stuck closed. All glassware had liquid in them.
The staff was great
9.0− Our room was the last room in the building (longest hallways I’ve ever seen) and my husband has trouble walking. I didn’t say that to the reception desk or I’m sure they would have done something. They did let us use their wheelchair and that was great.
