10.0Great value in an excellent location. Room was clean and very comfortable. Inclusion of breakfast was an added bonus, being well presented, tasty and with plenty of options.

Friendly host and enjoyed the fresh air from the terrace outside.

− TV wasn’t working on arrival. Chairs in the breakfast room creaking quite loudly. Wash-basin too small for a comfortable shave. Someone tramping around loudly in room either next to mine or above mine in the early hours of the morning, disturbing me from my sleep.
