8.0Staff that were hospitable and eager to please. Seems to be family run. Breakfast changed each day. Not breakfast buffet but they were tasty and traditional. Good sized room (bigger than expected).

5.0The location is great, in the centre of the city, close to shops and other famous spots. Size of the room is good. The TV is working. Receptionists are helpfull
− The rooms are not sound proof although listed sound proof. I booked 2 rooms with balcony and I was so regret. It was so noisy at night as it was close to the main road. And also the noise from the hall way is also very bad as well. The cleaning service is also not great. I'm not sure how people do rooms services but at the 1st day, I got a mouldy tower, 2nd day I found hair on the sink after the room was cleaned. There cigarette butt and rubish in the plant pots on my balcony. I'm in room 403 and the toilet door doesn't close properly
