We did not stay at the property, as I have repeatedly told Booking.com. I am still pursuing legal procedures to have a refund for the full amount that’s owed to me. I have sent copies of the text messages I received from the property manager on the 7th of September 30 minutes before we were due to arrive at the property. The manager was supposed to notify Booking.com that we couldn’t stay at the property due to no water in the house. Booking.com had a responsibility to make contact with the manager regarding my refund and has failed to do so. I will never use Booking.com again and will make sure as many people as possible hear about this dreadful experience I’ve had with this booking.
