7.0Αν και είναι παλιό είναι σχετικά καλό και πολύ καθαρό. Άνετο για 4 άτομα .
− Χρειάζεται αλλάγη μπάνιο και κουζίνα . Σύγουρα θέλει πόρτα ασφαλείας , Τα έπιπλα σχετικά παλία . Ισώς και κάποιες αλλαγές στην διακόσμηση . Σε δύσκολο και στενό δρόμο . Χωρίς δικό του πάρκινκ.

5.0Ήταν κοντά στο σημείο ενδιαφέροντος μου. Έχει μεγάλα δωμάτια και σαλόνι. Καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο. Ελάχιστος χρόνος απόκρισης στα μηνύματα.
− Είχε αρκετή φασαρία από πάνω το βράδυ τρίξιμο επίπλων χτυπήματα. Παλιά έπιπλα. Το τραπέζι κουζίνας κουνιέται. Στο ένα κρεβάτι αν είσαι πάνω από 1,70μ δεν χωράς να κοιμηθείς. Κουζινικά φθαρμένα. Ο βραστήρας θέλει αλλαγή.
