It was very unpleasant as the facilities were not maintained properly.
2.0The service team was prompt to reply.
− Facilities was horrible. We checked in on 2nd March and noticed that one of the bedroom doors could not be closed. The door was slanted and would not close properly. The washroom did not have any locking mechanism and even couldn't be closed properly because of the handle.

7.0Good location as it just above the ferry terminal. Near to amenities and shopping. The owner kind enough to extend our stay to 1130am.
− The apartment smells of cigarettes smell. The toilet smell was bad, seems that the toilet is not properly clean before we check in.

− Pillows were very soft. No shower gel and shampoo provided.
