10.0This is a very lovely and well maintained property. Its location is ideal, situated between the airport and downtown, making it very convenient. I would definitely recommend it.

9.0Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber, klimatisiert und von der Größe her super für uns. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz war inbegriffen. Das Zentrum von Miami ist mit dem Auto relativ schnell erreichbar.
− Es gab so nichts auszusetzen. Lediglich die Flugzeuge fliegen im Landeanflug je nach Windrichtung relativ tief über das Haus aber das hat uns nicht allzu sehr gestört

Great small apartment to stay in Miami.
9.0It's a comfortable, clean, and well-located apartment. I stayed in the unit for 4 nights, and it had everything I needed.
− The only thing I would recommend to the host is more space for guests to put their own stuff. The unit doesn't have much room, and there are very few places to unpack your stuff.

10.0Monica é muito atenciosa e prestativa, a localização é maravilhosa para quem for fazer alguma cirurgia, as clínicas são todas próxima e para quem tem carro é perfeito por ser tudo próximo.
