7.0The location and where the van is situated is beautiful, the decor, comfy beds.
− Last year we came to this property so I booked it again as we loved it so much, but last year it was immaculate, this year was a let down as it hadn't been cleaned before our arrival properly if at all. We did request an early check in, but on arrival the toilet in the large bedroom was dirty so my sister had to clean it, and there are alot of stains on the carpets and dining chairs, none of this last year! The carpet felt grubby under foot, plus there was not enough plates for dining for 6 people, only 5 so we had to borrow one from the clubhouse for father's day roast dinner. Decking was covered in cobwebs too so my husband had to clean it too, I'm guessing that's a daily thing tho probably granted, but would be nice also if there was more seating outside to sit comfortably or a large outside table to have dinner out there, as both years we have to bring chairs. The windows were also dirty and my nieces white socks were black on the bottom after an hour of being in the van! On the whole a beautiful van and decor just a shame it was let down by the people that are supposed to maintain standards

− Couldn’t get the fire to work properly, but wasn’t a real problem as heating was on when we arrived and we didn’t turn it off so it was nice and toasty.
