We couldn’t see the property. My mother has a wheelchair and the elevator was broken and had been for over a week and we were not informed

− The property manager was negligent in letting us know he facilitates needed repair and only offered a 40% refund that I still haven’t received. Had to stay in his parking lot because we couldn’t access the building and had to spend 1700.0 to book new accommodations

Ordentliche Lage, tatsächlich für Londoner Verhältnisse das Zentrum gut zu erreichen.

− Unterkunft nicht sehr sauber. Couch mit Bettwanzen befallen. Eine anteilige Rückzahlung wurde vom Vermieter in Aussicht gestellt, ist aber bislang nicht eingetroffen.

La ubicación no es mala. En la zona de Camden y bastante bien comunicado por bus y metro.

− Localizar el edificio fue muy difícil a pesar de las indicaciones del propietario. El alojamiento `por dentro no estaba mal pero está situado en un edificio muy deteriorado en todos los sentidos. Se trata de un edificio de apartamentos pequeños muy antiguo y mal mantenido. Las ventanas de la vivienda están muy compartimentadas y cada pequeña hoja tiene una llave. En resumen que no pudimos abrir las ventanas a pesar del calor. Por otra parte reservamos un apartamento para 5 personas una de ellas utilizando un sofá. Pero no era un sofá-cama y era muy incomodo dormir ahí.

− De accommodatie was zo triest dat we direct hebben geannuleerd. De koffer niet open gehad. Direct contact opgenomen met Booking om een klacht in te dienen. Een prettig en schoongemaakt verblijf is meer dan alleen een poetsdoek over de tafels, aanrechtblad en wc-bril halen. Een loshangende wc-bril, verroeste wc-borstelhouder, onverklaarbare vlekken op bank en eetkamerstoelen, touwtje van luxaflex aan het bed gebonden om de boel op de plaats te houden, een wasmachine midden in de keuken waardoor de koelkast bijna niet open kon en beestjes in de glazen in de keukenkast. Eén schoonmaker die na 15.00u nog bezig was en een filmpje maakte om de opdrachtgever te laten zien dat alles schoon was. De host was erg aardig aan de telefoon maar in dit verblijf wilde wij geen minuut langer blijven. Succes met verder zoeken!

Super emplacement calme, avec un parc pour enfants juste à côté.

− Les fenêtres de l'appartement sont sales, la salle de bain est inconfortable et sa vitre est défectueuse. Le tapis du salon était également sale. À notre arrivée, la personne qui nettoyait l'appartement n'avait pas encore fini le ménage ,pourtant, on est arrivés 30 minutes après l'heure prévue. Le jour du départ, le système de restitution des clés était défectueux. Le propriétaire a exigé notre présence jusqu'à l'arrivée de l'agent d'entretien, sous peine de frais supplémentaires. Heureusement, le départ de notre train l'après-midi nous a permis d'attendre sans le manquer.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station. There were also supermarkets and other conveniences nearby, which made our stay very convenient. However, there was one major issue. I slept in the single bedroom, and the next morning I woke up covered in bites, possibly from mosquitoes or bed bugs. I returned home with my skin badly irritated and have had to deal with the discomfort ever since. I would recommend that the host carry out a thorough cleaning and inspection of all the beds to ensure this doesn’t happen to future guests.
