The location was good. All amenities supplied. Clean bedding. Good communication. Excellent value from money! Good links to the island.

− The cushions in the front room were in need of a refurbishment. Needs a little love just looks a bit tired. A little trek from the club house.

The amenities were fantastic, there were 3 bins which with children was really handy, washing up liquid, tea and coffee, towels, iron and board, classic pub style picnic bench out the front, all the kitchenware you could need. It was a great lay out, plenty of space and not too far from the park facilities. Plenty of windows for air flow and nice and bright. The owners were efficient in communication and helpful.

− Upon arrival the first thing we saw was a pair of dirty socks under the picnic bench. It is in dire need of refurbishment and maintenance. The upholstery in the living room was ripped and frayed all the way along the sofa, the carpet wasn't laid properly in the lounge area and bunched up and came up away from the floor, there were cobwebs and an extremely musty smell which for me personally was hard to bear, the air freshener was dried out. The kitchen floor I nearly twisted my ankle as isn't level and very creaky. The toilet kept continually flushing and the front door was very difficult to open as not level and stuck at the bottom. There were so many little spiders everywhere which I appreciate you will get the odd one in the surroundings but I believe this is due to it being unkept. Although the owners were kind enough to assist with the ferry booking, we were mislead regarding the cost in the fact that they stated £62 each way when in fact that was the total, I appreciate the help and did pay extra as a thank you for the help which I wouldn't have done if I knew they had already doubled it. For the cost it was bearable, but unfortunately wouldn't return to the current state.

Very comfortable beds no sagging mattress. Welcome pack. Bedding clean. Towels provided great help.

− Not being notified there was change of ownership since booking and not notified of new key pad number, luckily i had original owners phone number and they contacted new owner who gave us the correct number. As weather very cold did not appreciate having to do above.
