Als de prijs normaal was geweest (nu >£600,- per nacht tijdens Royal Regatta) uitstekend.

− Communicatie met verhuur organisatie. Kreeg ze telefonisch niet te pakken, reageerde slecht op berichten. Eindeloos lange intake terwijl letters mijn gegevens al via Booking bekend waren inclusief de betaling.
Great location, beware the stairs!
7.0The facilities in the flat are great. Fans were provided in the bedroom, which was an attic-type room. The shower is, if anything, too powerful. Great, central location which was still quiet at night.
− The stairs are incredibly steep and narrow, both to get into the flat and up to the bedroom. We are in our mid-30s and both tripped up and down them - my partner breaking his toe. This flat would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or with a baby in arms/toddler. The wifi isn't great, could be quite intermittent which made it challenging to work from the apartment.

− Steep stairs upon entering, very difficult for 1 person to get luggage up. Not suitable for some due to 2 sets of stairs in the apartment. I was cold, and the heating thermostat was locked. It involved lots of messaging to be comfortable. Communication was great however.
Nice place with all conveniences
9.0Great location as it was an easy walk to nearly everything we needed to do. Nice two story apartment with everything needed including a washer/ dryer machine. USB ports next to the bed upstairs. Clean and modern. Management company very responsive. We were quite comfortable staying 4 nights.
− The stairs are very steep (at least for USA standards) which could prove difficult for people with mobility or balance issues. The appliances proved to be challenging to sort out without going to the internet to find resources. I think the management company will be updating their guide to be more specific for the apartment.

9.0Besides the great location, the apartment was in excellent condition with a great shower and amazing kitchen. The staff were really responsive. I'd happily book this apartment again.
− No problem for me, but people with mobility issues need to be aware of the two flights of steps in the apartment - one to the lounge and another to the bedroom.
