1.0− There should be more transparency about the location and the type of property that you are staying in. I felt very mislead. It didn’t feel like a safe area or block of flats.

4.0Good breakfast supplies. Collecting the keys was a nightmare. Extremely disappointed in the location. Not a good 1st impression but inside was nice.Netflix didn’t work. No instructions on how to use the shower. Washing machine was difficult to use. I found the cleaner very rude. The owner was VERY personable and there to assist.
Ok for a night if you’re passing through.

− No hot water aside from shower heater with very little water pressure, strong stale smoke smell in hallway that leeched into the flat at times, hallway was noisy. Location was sketchy at the best of times.
