Overall good stay just needs some TLC.
7.0So spacious! The extended kitchen and dining area are lovely, the room with books/games in is great for children!
− Cleanliness of the place was very poor. Beds especially pillows were really uncomfortable, only 1 pillow each and can tell they are more than ready to be replaced. Living room had a funny smell to it like fusty damp. The bedroom curtains in the bunk bedroom were useless, soon as it got to daylight you were awake as they didn’t block out any light at all! There were pans in the kitchen that didn’t even work for the hob so they need removing. No dishwasher tablets but also only 1 run down sponge available to wash pots. Very Minimal cleaning products to use. Games in the book room were mostly missing parts so they need throwing out.

9.0The photos don't do this bungalow justice. It is much bigger in person. So spacious, clean, comfortable, secure back garden, a driveway. Location is great. Only a 10 minute walk to the main beach and arcades and shops. About 15 mins to seal sanctuary and dog beach. Location is quiet. Excellent stay. Would definitely go back!
− I don't have any criticism really. The games area, the games had pieces missing so couldn't really use them but that room is an added bonus anyway and not something you get in most places.

10.0The bungalow was a brilliant place to stay for 2 couples. Rooms were a good size. Kitchen had everything you would need. The size of the bungalow was huge, very spacious and clean. Had a games room too, just in case you needed to keep yourselves entertained. Just a 10 min walk to the centre of mablethorpe or if its raining/bad weather, a taxi is around £5. I/we would definitely stay there again.
