Room quality was great. Food was really bad and forgettble.
7.0The location of the property is a plus point owning to its proximity to the main bust stand of Katra, Railway Station and the market.
− The hardly palatable breakfast menu and choices. The reason given for not serving pooris or Dosa was LPG shortage. Such an excuse was not expected from a well established hotel run by ITC management, especially when all dhabas both in the Katra market and at Bhawan were serving full menu. If you are serving a limited menu, then make sure that it is worthy of eating.
