10.0Localização excelente! Pertinho do centro de Canela. 3 minutos está no centro. É aconchegante, limpo, amplo, totalmente confortável. Tem todos os itens necessários. Flat completo! Tem lareira, TV na sala e no quarto, banheiro bem confortável, limpo e amplo. Elevador do estacionamento diretamente para o andar do seu apartamento.

10.0O condomínio organizado, conservação e limpeza muito bem feito, tem uma ótima estrutura com piscina, playground, sauna, elevador, garagem. O mini mercado dentro do condomínio é um diferencial. Funcionários muito gentis e prestativos. Apto bem completo, cozinha com eletrodomésticos inclusive air fraier, louças, taças, geladeira duplex, ar condicionado na sala e no quarto, roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade, limpeza excelente. Preço justo, super recomendo!!!
