1.0− The rooms and bathroom had mold. The elevator didn't work and my parents with disabilities had to climb 3 stories of stairs. We only spent one night due to the mold bwiya health hazard which the host agreed to and said he'd refund us the balance of four nights. Two months have passed and I have not received a refund. The host is no longer responding

− Die Wohnung ist in einem schlechten Zustand und renovierungsbedürftig. Überall fällt der Putz von der Decke durch Wasserschäden. Unbequeme Kopfkissen, schmutzige Böden, wir haben Fragen an den Vermieter gestellt und keine Antwort bekommen. Die Möbel sind von der billigsten Ausstattung. Die Waschmaschine hüpft beim schleudern so stark, das man die Kühlschranktür nicht mehr auf bekommt. Fliegengitter im Wohnzimmer kaputt, der Balkon ist ein sanierungsfall. Keine Balkonmöbel, keine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr warm. Kakerlaken im Bad und Küche. Es gibt für 4 Personen nur 1 Trinkglas. Küchenausstattund dürftig. Insgesamt haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nicht empfehlen.

6.0Die Lage Beim zweiten Aufenthalt war es sauberer und aufgeräumter Es gab eine Waschmaschine und Trockner
− Kopfkissen ungemütlich. Kochen war eine Herausforderung. Es gab kaum Küchenausstattung. Von Brett über Schneidemesser, Schüssel etc. fehlte sehr viel. Die Unterkunft hat viele Wasserschäden an Wand und Decke und ist renovierungsbedürftig. Keine Terrassenstühle, obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben. Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Fahrstuhl defekt, man musste die schweren Koffer selbst die enge Treppe raufschleppen. Keine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, daher sehr warm. Im Bad läuft das Wasser aus der Dusche, Vorhang fehlt.
