2.0It was close by Tumble dryer Ground floor Beds was good
− The staff not helping with problems at the flat and the rooms were all damp And came to a unclean home only to have to wait another 1 hour to get it cleaned. But the cleaners did a great job after And did not like the fact that the owners brother keot coming for one the other but didnt want to help when I needed help with pins coming out of stairs and wifi did not work for 3 weeks. And also 2 groups of people came to my door saying they were booked to the property whilst I was still there with my family

− The staff not being attentive Came to a messy house, had to stay out another extra hour after checking in for it to be clean. Cleaners where fantasstic afterwards And they kept double booking this. 2 groups of people came saying they are booked for it
