− La atención del personal fue amable, sin embargo, andan muy dispersos y cuando se les necesito tuve que esperar varios minutos para ser atendida y vía telefónica nunca me contestaron

− La Mia camera era una stanza senza finestre ricavata al piano semi interrato, con poca privacy e molto rumore che arrivava dal solaio della stanza sopra.

− Descripción del cuarto no era correcto como HABLA DE DOS DORMITORIOS SEPARADOS que no están separados, pero en el mismo cuarto con un attic/loft ! Bonito pero no como fue esperado !!!

− No salio agua caliente de la regadera. Nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fria. Totalmente reprobable

9.0Hotel muy bonito y con excelente ubicación. El diseño nos encantí y el personal fue muy amable. La regadera es estilo lluvia, lo que la hace perfecta.
