8.0Gostei do espaço das salas, churrasqueira, dos móveis, da infraestrutura como piscina, geladeiras, adega, cervejeira, máquina de gelo e tvs.
− Distância até a praia é grande, apesar de ter um carro de golfe que nos leva até lá. O problema é que às vezes é bem demorado. O ar condicionado da suíte diamante (principal) não atende ao tamanho do quarto. O valor cobrado de energia e água à parte, achei exagerados, até por que o piscineiro deixa a bomba da piscina ligada o dia inteiro. A taxa de pet também é exagerada pois o pet de pequeno porte não demanda grande volume de trabalho.

Casa Ofir has cleaning and cooking services not included in the rate, upon request in advance and availability of professionals. Cook and/or chef and maids if they work during the stay will be at the expense of the guest and arrangements will be made with the professional.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the accommodations prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement in time, they should contact the company managing the accommodations using the number on the booking confirmation.
During the rental period, the fines imposed by the condominium on the unit, for noncompliance with the internal regulations and convention, will be the responsibility of the guest, as well as other damages caused to the property and accessories, third parties and to the condominium by the occupants of the house.
Casa Ofir will provide house rules, bylaws and condominium convention.
Energy and water consumption will be charged, with the prevailing tariffs being energy R$ 1.35 per kw/h and water R$ 35.00 per m3. Measurements will be noted at check-in and check-out and accounting will be carried out.
